Bloggers I Find Inspirational – Pt. 1

Hi, guys! Today I was thinking of a post to write and decided that I would give a shout out to some of my favorite bloggers and bloggers that I find inspirational. These are bloggers that I look up to, that I aspire to be, that I feel are truly successful when it comes to book blogging. And when I say successful, I don’t mean based on likes and comments. I mean based on their personalities, how they run their blog, the design of their blog, etc. People sometimes feel that the amount of followers or likes/comments someone has on their blog is equivalent to their success as a blogger, but in my opinion, all that has nothing to do with it… So here we go!

*If you’re not on this list today, please don’t be offended! This is just part one!*

Jill @ Rant and Rave About Books :: From the moment I first viewed Jill’s blog, I fell in love with it. The design is simple and uncluttered and her blog logo is so professional. Her reviews are perfection and I love her unique idea of “Ranting” or “Raving” about her books. I’m very lucky to be able to call her a friend now.

Reg @ She Latitude :: I absolutely adore Reg’s blog! It’s so cute and clean… very easy on the eyes. I could literally stare at it for hours. Reg posts LOTS of amazing and fun discussion topics and writes some of the best reviews. She’s the sweetest little thing too, by the way.

Amanda @ Cover2Cover Mom :: I really admire Amanda because, like me, she is a blogging mama. I look up to her for being able to hold down such a great blog and be a mom at the same time. She gives me the ambition to be able to do the same thing. Amanda and I have a similar taste in books, so I love reading her reviews. And I also love her layout as well. Her paper notebook images that she uses in her posts are so catchy and it’s a unique aspect of her blog that I adore!

Ashleigh @ A Frolic Through Fiction :: Ashleigh’s blog, you guys… brilliant. I love everything about it! Her design, graphics, discussion posts, reviews… it’s all amazing! Her blog is one of the first blogs I came across when I started blogging and I remember thinking, “I hope my blog is as awesome as this one day!”

McKenzie @ Bookish Things and Tea :: McKenzie’s blog is awesome, seriously. She has the cutest header images and graphics, and her reviews are always written wonderfully. Really, this is another blog that I could stare at forever.

Well, that’s it for Part One of Bloggers I Find Inspirational! Be on the lookout for Part Two coming soon! You never know… YOU may be on the next list!

Do you follow any of these blogs? Who are some bloggers that you admire or find inspirational? Let me know in the comments!

  1. I follow all of them except Amanda and McKenzie…but I might have to start!!
I agree with you: Jill’s blog is so fun with her rants and her raves, Reg’s blog is so great with her book looks, and Ashleigh’s blog is so sweet with her personal touches!! They all feel like close friends.
Love that font you used for the names! Super cute!
Can’t wait to see who makes it to list number two! What a fun idea! I should make a list of bloggers that inspire me…though it would probably be very similar to yours. 😉

  3. Great post Megan! I like Jill’s humor in her rants & raves too. Your posts are great too! I like your personality 🙂 I see you have been making your own image. Very cute! I haven’t tried it out yet.

    1. Thank you so much, Jasmine! You just put a huge grin on my face. Yes, I’ve been using Canva for most of my images… and I really like it. But I’ve wanted to start playing around with some other graphic design programs too. Like Jill recommended PicMonkey… I think I’ll try that one out soon! Canva is very easy to use and has loads of cute and cool images and illustrations to choose from. You should try it!

    1. Thank you! I’ve wanted to do a post like this for quite some time… but now that it’s closer to the Blogger Awards, I figured now would be just as good a time as any! I’ve still gotta get my nominations up for that. And thank you… all of y’all are making me blush. And I have a big cheesy grin plastered on my face 😁❤️

  6. All I could think when I read this was I am not sure I am worthy to be on this list! I follow 3 of the other blogs on this list and look up to them myself. I am super impressed with how much you have accomplished in your short time blogging. I’m not surprised though. You work hard and it shows. Plus you are just the sweetest thing ever. You are the inspiration!
